This is simple, on the timesheet tab click the 'new entry' button and enter the client name, session label and time spent on that task and click 'create entry'.
These sessions are easlity reconisable as manual entries by the pencil icon when you hover over them. They will show on the date they were recorded in all reporting and dashboard metrics.
