We use a timer to keep you on task for 25 minutes, then we encourage you to take a 5-minute break to ensure you stay fresh throughout the day.
We alert you when your break time is up too, so you can get back to work.
After four sessions we suggest a long break, this is the perfect time to do things around the house without impacting your output e.g. put a load of washing on, do 20 minutes of yoga, vacuum the living area.
We record all the sessions you do, so you know exactly what work you have completed.
At the end of the day, you feel like you accomplished a lot at work and you are also on top of life in general.
